When your company commits to a serious giving agenda you do more than help people in need.

To go on this journey, you’ll need to invest time and money. But the money doesn’t come to us—we don’t charge for this journey right now as our heart is simply to help other great leaders and organizations multiply their impact. You will, however, be investing time and money to take your giving, serving, and whole-person growth to the next level. For example, if you join us on an international serving trip, the cost is typically around $2,000/person. When it comes to your own giving as an organization, our goal is to guide organizations to give a meaningful percentage of your net profit. We’ll talk more with you about what all that looks like. In short, we think not about what “costs” you’ll be making, but rather what “investments” you’ll be making in your company’s flourishing.

You know this from experience, but to really transform a culture it requires top-level leadership buy in. If you need our help getting that buy-in, we can talk about good approaches to share the journey and bring alignment. At KeHE, our own journey in giving, serving, and whole-person growth took flight when the CEO and the C-Level team were bought in. All other leaders in the company are looking to them for direction, and that includes the direction of the culture. That doesn’t mean we need the C-Level leaders in all the conversations and working sessions, of course. This journey is designed to be effective and efficient, while letting the leaders continue driving the company forward. As such, our work is with the cultural stewards of an organization and those with authority to impact giving, serving, and leadership development. Our goal is to help accelerate your flourishing journey. We do that through different levels of engagement, on a spectrum of “consulting” and “facilitating.” In short, it’s not our role to build the programs for you. Rather, we’ll facilitate working sessions, share our own insights and learnings, and consult on specific projects to help you build your own programs that you can own and lead.

We’re highly relational, so we start everything with a call to connect, share stories, and learn where you’re at and what you’re hoping to achieve. On that first call, we’ll share an overview of the flourishing journey and answer any questions you might have. If you’re not ready for a 1-1 call, we also have regular group calls every couple of months (we call them “Goodness Calls”) with a community of leaders just like you. If/when you do want to get started, we typically begin with a simple assessment (takes 5 minutes to complete and can be shared with a range of leaders in your organization). We use that assessment as a launching for a 2-3 discovery session, to help you get clear on where you stand, where you want to go, and how to get there.
